Applications

HPMS pyrolytic graphite sheets have high heat conductivity, up to 1750w/m-k and is very thin which allows for easy attachment to a variety of heat sink or component surfaces. Pyrolytic graphite is high thermal conductivity graphite, and can easily be used for thermal management in electronics (adhesives available on request), or in other space limiting areas. The material is flexible and can be used in a wide of range temperatures.

Engine management, electronic suspension, braking systems, communication and multimedia
systems, comfort convenience features and vehicle lighting and controls, hybrid
vehicle/electric vehicle battery thermal management.

Pyrolytic graphite sheet (PGS) is a
synthetically made thermal interface material
with high thermal conductivity and a thin
film/sheet structure (thickness measured in
microns). Pyrolytic graphite sheet can be
used in many industries, all of which benefit
from the improved thermal conductive
performance. Due to its thin size, an ideal
use case is as a heat spreader for
supplemental thermal management in areas
where space is limited. This material is RoHS
compliant and can be die-cut, press-formed,
or laminated with plastics and/or adhesives.
